2. Scope of Services

We provide the following professional services:

Fabrication and welding for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Structural metalwork and custom design
Interior design and construction services including civil, electrical, and finishing work

Each project is executed in accordance with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.

3. Quotation, Booking & Payments

All quotes provided are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
A project commences only after written confirmation and/or receipt of the advance payment.
Standard payment terms:
- 80% advance on confirmation
- 15% upon mid-project progress
- 05% upon completion or handover
Late payments may attract a penalty of 18% per month.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate information, including site dimensions and access details.
Ensure necessary permissions and approvals are in place before work begins.
Make payments on time as per the agreement.
Provide a safe working environment for our team.

5. Materials and Warranty

Materials may be supplied by us or by the client.
We use materials of standard or specified grade; however, clients must verify brand preferences beforehand.
Workmanship warranty is offered for [6–12 months] based on project type. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear.

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, site readiness, approvals, or material availability.
We will communicate any changes in timeline in advance.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation after project confirmation may attract a cancellation fee based on the stage of work.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 business days after deduction of actual expenses incurred.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, plans, and concepts created by Hanif Fabrication and Welding Services remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, third-party failures, or external factors beyond our control.
Liability is limited to the value of the contract or service in question.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
